If you do not login within 30 days of receiving your temporary password, it will expire. To get a new temporary password, please email hello@verboapp.co.uk and we will generate a new one for you. Once you login with your temporary password you will be asked to create a new password.

If you need to reset your password, select ‘Forgot password’ on the login page. You will be sent an email with a link to create a new password. You must ensure your password meets the following requirements:

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 lower case letter, 1 upper case letter, and a number

Your password will not reset unless you meet these requirements.

Sometimes the email may go to junk mail, please ensure all staff have checked there in the first instance. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, you (Verbo Setting Lead) can reset temporary passwords for users.  Do this by going into the user card and selecting the ‘Reset’ button. This will generate a new temporary password. However, if the user has already reset their password, they will need to go down the ‘Forgot password’ route located on the login page.

Refresh your page, this might be all you need to do to push the content through.

It could be an issue relating to your setting’s firewall. Occasionally, the firewall blocks Verbo videos from playing. To resolve this issue you will need to contact your IT team and share this link with them: Network Requirements Policy – Verbo – A virtual speech and language toolkit for schools (verboapp.co.uk)

Explore the platform! Start by watching some intervention videos on the content library. Add a pupil(s) you are concerned about and complete a screener to identify need. Select targets and then review the related content. You could even share useful content with a colleague using the share a link feature.

On the dashboard, select ‘Create’ on the ‘User’ card. From here you just need to add the user’s name and email address. They will receive an email with a link to login and a temporary password. If staff members do not receive this email, encourage them to check their junk mail. Please contact hello@verboapp.co.uk for further issues.

We advise to set up staff using a professional/work email address where possible, however, we understand this can’t always be done. If using personal email addresses, please ensure that only the individual accessing the Verbo account has access to the email.
