Caroline leads Verbo's strategic development, helping to shape its vision, growth and long-term impact. As an NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow and Clinical Entrepreneur, she is passionate about improving access to high-quality speech, language and communication support.
Commercial Lead
Kate plays a key role in shaping Verbo's growth and strategic direction. With expertise in commercial partnerships and contract management, she helps ensure Verbo continues to develop and reach more schools, settings and services.
Research & Innovation Manager
Christine supports the ongoing growth and development of Verbo through her work across research and innovation. She works closely with the team to help ensure Verbo has the strong foundations needed to continue evolving and expanding.
Specialist Speech & Language Therapist (Primary & Autism), Tech Lead
Nicola is responsible for the implementation and development of Verbo, working to ensure the platform is safe, effective and easy to use. She leads governance and clinical safety processes while helping to shape ongoing improvements across the platform.

Lydia leads content development at Verbo, overseeing the planning and creation of resources for secondary and post-16 staff and students. She plays a key role in ensuring content remains practical, engaging and responsive to the needs of education professionals.

Holly leads the development of Verbo's early years content, helping to ensure resources meet the needs of young children and the professionals who support them. She also contributes to research and evaluation activities, helping to understand how Verbo is used and the difference it makes in practice.

Deirdre supports organisations using Verbo, helping to ensure a positive experience and successful implementation. Alongside this, she contributes to the development of resources that help schools and settings put strategies into practice.
Occupational Therapist, Content Developer
Amy leads the development of Verbo’s Occupational Therapy (OT) content, shaping how OT approaches are integrated into the existing platform. Amy ensures resources are practical and support staff to address participation needs alongside communication.

Shantelle plays a key role in developing partnerships and helping organisations get started with Verbo. She also supports engagement activities, including events and webinars, helping to connect users with the platform and its resources.

Alice provides speech and language therapy support to schools, settings and trusts, helping them make the most of Verbo in their everyday practice. She works closely with users to build strong relationships and support successful implementation of the platform.
Marketing & Communications Officer
Lauren leads communications and customer engagement across Verbo, helping to ensure schools and organisations have a positive experience from onboarding through to everyday use. She works closely with customers and the wider team to support the ongoing development and success of the platform.
