As per our terms and conditions we are not responsible for internal network issues relating to access of Verbo. 

Unfortunately we also cannot support with any internal network issues. The information below provides details for IT departments in an organisation.

In some NHS trusts, schools and organisations you may need to contact your IT department to enable access for:

• Anything that contains verbo.app within the web address
• no-reply@verificationemail.com
• hello@verboapp.co.uk
• Whitelisting the domain to enable video streaming
• Whitelisting o777343.ingest.sentry.io
