The ICB Lead is nominated by the Commissioning Lead to represent the ICB and support the implementation of Verbo across NEL.
The Borough Strategic Lead will oversee the implementation of Verbo across their Borough and ensure the strategic working plan is followed. Each Borough will have a Verbo Link Therapist to work with the Borough Strategic Lead.
The Working Group Members champion the implementation and use of Verbo across settings. The group should include a range of multidisciplinary professionals across health and education who have existing access to settings (e.g. Team Leads from SaLT, Specialist teaching, Early Support teams, Portage, Educational Psychology, OT etc).
